The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is the governmental general insurance company founded in India. It is established in 1906 and since then it is trusted among all the citizen of the country. The company headquartered is in Kolkata and it was nationalized in 1972. This company provides a number of general insurance policies to all the people residing within the country. Every year the NICL recruits the administrative officer for their department.

The National Insurance Company Ltd. disclosed SBI CLERKnotification 2017 for 205 vacancies of the Officers in Scale I cadre from the open market department on 20th March 2017. The SBI CLERKRecruitment 2017 online registration started from 30th March 2017 and it has been closed on 20th April 2017.

1. Pattern for Preliminary:

  • Total time duration for preliminary exam is 1 hour and total marks is 100.
  • It Consists of three sections. 
  • There is 1/4 negative marking for wrong answers.

3. Interview:

Candidates who qualify the main exam , are called for the final round that is interview.

Qualification for SBI Clerk:

SBI clerk is conducted for two sections:

  • For Junior Associate: Candidate should have a graduation degree from a recognized university.
  • For Junior Agriculture Associates: Candidate should have a graduation degree in agriculture science from a recognized university.
  • The age limit is between 20 to 28 years.
  • Age relaxation for OBC candidate is 3 years.
  • Age Relaxation for SC/ST candidate is 5 years.
  • Age relaxation for PWD (OBC) is 13 years , for PWD(Gen) is 10 years and for PWD(SC/ST) is 15 years.

Other Information:

SBI Clerk Exam is conducted by State Bank of India to recruit the candidates for different branch across India.

Recently SBI clerk facilitate the recruitment for the post of junior Associate and junior Agriculture Associates.
